Like the boyfriend that came out of nowhere in the end, almost a Deus Ex Machina, and the heroine making some idiotic choices, a commonplace in the NTR genre. I don't like when I can "see the strings" being pulled on the characters, it takes out the suspension of disbelief and instead enjoying the story I end up raging at the author.
