Twin #2 is jealous of this because she could never get a boyfriend since the gangster (guy who later cucks MC) had blackmail over her. The gangster never let Twin #2 have a boyfriend because he wanted to have pussy on hand. Due to this, Twin #2 fell into a spiral of deep jealousy and convinced herself that it is unfair for Twin #1 to have a happy love life while she is constantly being held down by the gangster. Although we never see it, Twin #2 setup Twin #1 to get raped by the gangster so Twin #1 could be the replacement pussy. Of course, since Twin #1 is a stupid hentai bitch, she eventually falls in love with the taste of the gangster's dick, and agrees to share the burden of pleasing the gangster with Twin #2, and also agrees to share the love of the husband. Gangster gets free pussy, husband is a cuck
