If we're going to dig into the rabbit hole and if the multiple timelines theory is true then Mirai that present in the doujin would probably pregnant with her father's child, and the Mirai that hasn't been born yet won't has anything to do with the Mirai that present in the doujin. Because once the MC (Mirai's father) inseminated his sister the timeline branched into, possibly, 2 different timelines, so the Mirai that present in doujin could be born in the future and the Mirai that hasn't been born yet also present in the future which two of them would never be able to interact due to differences in timelines they live. But if the multiple timelines theory isn't true, then the posible is that the MC is going to jail because he impregnated his own daughter. The explanation is that both Mirais are going to live in the same timeline, the Mirai that present in the doujin and Mirai that hasn't been born yet would be the same Mirai.

@KWW It's a time loop. The dude had impotency because of himself and nothing was gonna happen. The daughter MUST come to the past so this can happen. Usually people in these situations are not aware why they come to the past and it's usually explained to them in the future in a vague way that it's very important to go to the past. Because of the time loop there is no possible version for her not to go to the past. It is generaly very confusing so I'll just stop here.
