Ok so this is just a theory :
We know that Inori isn't really dead at the end of the anime, her soul became one with Shu when he took her strings of life.
In this hentai, the dialogues are in squares even tho it is usually in round bubbles, and usually square ones are for thoughts. My theory is that Inori in this hentai can only be seen by Shu and is a image of Inori's soul materializing inside the world as a reminiscence of Shu's power of King. Another proof of that is that they are not seen by anybody in the train, except for the last pages.
This could be a real theory without them tho. Sad.
