Pretty good. If the translators for the last part are serious with their little 'meme page', they clearly didn't understand the whole point of the story, just like Beatrice: It's a love story between Naoto and Elena. Two people who cherish things, no matter how old or worn out they might be. Like his phone charm that he kept from childhood. There was no way he was going to choose the cheap thrills over emotional investment. In that sense, it wasn't even a 'waifu war', like user_A_exist says, because, again, Beatrice didn't really understand why Naoto had sway with Elena in the first place. Nearly the entire third and fourth chapters were filler, ultimately, because of her failure to comprehend.

Absolute Masterpiece.
