The story is weird but I kinda like the artist's concept like how Mikan was hated and bullird and how she fell in love with Enoshima, Nagito's obsession for hope where he would do anything to achieve it. The artist sure had looked into Dangaronpa in very detail.

And fuyuhiko here in the end is a remnant of despair trying to kill Hiro and Hina and nagito here is also a remnant of despair/ Monaca's slave in page-40

But I guess Tsumiki's and Izuru's plan failed cuz here in the doujin you can see Makoto and Kirigiri had caught them in their hiding place and later as ststed by the news reporter Izuru was strictly confined for a certain period of time until his punishment is decided and I guess Mikan wasn't really putted in jail since the investigators and all the citizens thought she was held hostage by Kamakura which wad probably a part of their plan. And this.... uhh where Kazuichi and Sonia are having sex must be that period of time where class 77-B had turned into remnants of despair after Chiaki's death. Kazuichi actually had this obsssion with Sonia in the game so I guess he said that he'll destroy Sonia's country along with her loved ones and her friends from class 77-B and will have her for himself forever. When he had became a remnant of despair he invented that machine gun in order to kill people and spread despair everywhere.

It is also seen that Nagito started to despise Enoshima a lot after she started ignoring him and betrayed him Now with the Izuru Kamakura thing where he is named Kamukurizer here lol. He implies that Mikan smells like that woman (Junko) who turned him into a scapegoat in all this. He said this because before he had asked Enoshima about the way she thinks and left it upon her to choose that which fits him better Hope or Despair and obviously she would've went with the despair thing and here in this Doujin it is seen that Kamakura had did mass murder that made him a wanted criminal everywhere. We can see Mikan with him him too who was prolly helping him out to save him from the police and shit and here she implies that she was gonna take Junko's womb in order to bare the baby she had and raise it together with Izuru so that the Despair continues. I guess she stole her womb so that she could bare more children with Izuru in order to bring more despair.

Idk what the fuck is going on in here but I guess this is how it went like: So I think Junko actually brainwashed Nagito and might have convinced him that how he could achieve the hope he was seeking for so long. She might've got up with this shitty plan that she'd convince some idiot to ruin someone's reputation who could easily be manipulated and used by her in the end by being nice to them so I guess she had chose Nagito for this because he could do anything to achieve the hope he was seeking and chose Mikan cuz she could easily be used. Then after Junko's plan was successful into making Mikan's reputation complete shit in the school she tried to be nice with her and brainwashed her too that made Mikan fall in love with Enoshima, thinking she was the only person that liked her because every single student at Hope's Academy hated her and thought of her as shameless and repulsive... Except for one person in that school named Fuyuhiko, The Ultimate Yakuza.

okay so the events are kind of confusing but i think that this is how it went: Nagito was used by Junko (Mikan's beloved) to rape her (Junko convinced him that doing it to some trash like her would bring hope? idk) and so when Junko arrives and completely ignores him he feels despair from that and decides to rape Mikan again and make it seem like she's the one doing it, so when Mahiru, Ibuki and Hiyoko bully Mikan it's cus they thought she was raping him. and the 2nd part of the doujin, i think that's it's the remnants of despair spreading despair after Junko's passing; Mikan is protecting Izuru (who's name is translated into Kamukuraizer here LOL), Fuyuhiko tries to kill Hina and Hiro and Nagito is looking for a despair even more despairful than Junko so that a hope brighter than anything can shine through it. i think
