@hentaitigas not sure what you mean. The phrase means that mom and uncle are siblings. First chap, they're adopted siblings. 3rd chap i guess dad raise his daughter as his sister right, she calls him oniisan. So, does that mean the kid in 2nd chap is the the result of 3rd chap?

Personally I wouldn't call it good art, but to me it doesn't fit the stories. I prefer the horror based works this artists has done.
