For what it's worth, in the original Urakaze talks in Kansai dialect (or something that REALLY sounds like it). I remember reading that while localization studios interpret that as speaking with a "southern" accent, Kansai-ben is to textbook Japanese what the Brooklyn accent is to "neutral" spoken English. Probably why the other one was done that way. This one is accurate, but removes the speech pattern entirely.
