Here's the story: Suguha give consent to AI (kirito form) to fluff since Kirito is with Asuna. Asuna saw this and make a deal to release Suguha (eventhough Suguha wanted it) but the deal is of since Asuna never said "i rejected you" to the AI. The last bit is when the AI (Asuna form) shows Kirito both of them just like it did to Asuna at first.
