I'm not an expert about tranlate but it's weird to referring Miyuki as "she".
Regarding from Otokonoko HEAVEN Vol. 17 there's no word that referring Miyuki as she and all the word that use to call him is senpai.
Example on page 5 instead of "What do I do now? She can totally see my butthole!" why not translate as "What do I do now? My butthole can be seen!". I understand it might be hard to get a correct or good word to use when translate but at least should call him "He" instead of "She".
