3rd chapter isnt the real ending. Nana sees Misumi controlling her body as dreams, she remembers Misumi doing it with Gakubuchi and the 2 old guys, so real ending is her being with Gakubuchi. Misumis an asshole though so if hes gone for good then good riddance.

Hmm.. The idea still didn't sit right with me but I guess it was just a dream in the end. Felt pretty tacked on though, just there for the sake of it compared to the last two chapters.

Did you people even read it in chapter 3 the ghost uses her body to do that and she only thought its a dream she ended up in the happy ending in chapter 2. So it was a good end.

Did you actually read this? It was not the ending, ch3 happened between chapter 1 and 2. The ending is ch2, aka happily ever after.
