I think this one might have been taken down but I am looking for one where a mom is taking her daughter with her to their uncles place. The uncle has a dog and the daughter is asked to look after it. One night the daughter catches the mom having sex with the uncle and decides to do the same things with the dog. Eventually the mom finds out and tries to separate them forcefully while the daughter is knotted. The last page is the daughter a few years later coming back to visit her uncle and saying the dog is her husband.
