I'd say it's because there's no real motivation to do them. Megumin = best girl, Aqua doujins (so far) either have her whoring herself or actually being nice (both of which would seem to be blows to her pride and thus have that pseudo-humiliation factor while still being largely vanilla), and anything featuring Wiz, Luna, Chris, Eris, or any of the Succubi would be largely BECAUSE they have so little comparative screen time. Darkness, meanwhile, is a hardcore masochist and possibly a nympho; the doujins basically write themselves to the point most authors/artists probably ask themselves "why bother?". At least, that's my take on it.

Not nearly enough of Megumin and the Loli Succubus here, but it IS a nice treat to see Lal- *ahem* Darkness getting a large portion of the pages dedicated to her. I can't understand why, but she rarely appears much in KonoSuba doujinshi. And a non-rape setting with her is rarer still... :(
