From reading a few lines that I can understand, it seems like broken Satsuki clones are being used as food and for sex abuse or spare parts. The small time Admiral who visited the factory had nightmares and took one of the Satsukis far away from the clone industry and lived in a civilian life.

Looks to me more like a society that clones lolis for food and abuse. The one living with the man was spared such a life.

As usual Murasame Maru do alot of Creepycute pregnant loli. From the look of this, seems like Satsuki had a shitty past in which this small time Grunt took her away and escaped with her.
