I used to comment on the KonoSuba doujinshi tagged "Aqua|Azura" about the inaccuracy of that tag, but I gave up. It doesn't really matter that much, in the long run... This isn't really NTR. The story is just set in an alternate dimension, or something along the lines, where the guild members are all shotas like a lot of people have mentioned already. Technically, that little boy at the end is the Lucian of this world, and I assume at this stage they're not going out yet so she's not really cheating on anyone.

I think they are just genderbent guild members, because one of them is her man. So I don't really consider this NTR.

This isn't actually Netorare; rather, it's an alternate setting in which all three "Alley Cats" guild members besides Ako are shotas. If you look at the three's respective hair color, there's a blonde, a light brunette, and a dark-haired boy involved. Not exactly my ideal setting for a doujin based on this series, but it isn't really bad either.
