I recommend this game to anyone, the english version is great with the proper patches implemented. Game is good and wholesome and you can unlock all H scenes with the click of a button if you only want that

Good thing there is an actual R-18 translated version (though Sotetsu doesn’t have voices in h-scenes). Also there is a Demosaic patch from Fakku. Now I’m waiting for the translation of Maitetsu: Last Run
