I do like this artist for pure horror just like anything on this site in those tags xD (helps me sleep, no idea why but some people fap to it so each to their own). But my obligation to respond to weird internet comments makes me post that: @lolireaper: You are both right and wrong. In countries were abortion is legal and people have proper health care - usually it is pill induced if 'morning after' one fails (in some the 'morning after' one is also classified as abortion). There is surgical kind but it is rare and it is either due to parent's health complications where meds do not work or when the baby dies (in some countries you have to still carry to term which is as traumatic as it sounds). That comic is just pure horror and am sure it happened somewhere in this way but usually it is the case of a coutry with abortion illegal plus not even black market docs kill developed babies. They might offer meds to kill a baby after brain develops but usually it is parents leaving a kid.
