Fast forward in the anime's plot MC has to undo all of his changes to the main timeline... turning her back to being a boy being one of them... when she was really happy with being what she whished for since forever, MC feels like he robbed her of her happiness, but she conforts him, freeing him of any blame he might feel about this.
