This appears to be "partially" (there's still some thin white strips in places, but no total white-out nor mosaic) decensored. Also, apparently whoever did the text was drunk and had an equivalent English proficiency of an autistic 5-year-old with proofreading that was done by blind person. The hilarious bit is that the older non-decensored release by desudesu (it's in the More Like This column - read that instead) has very well done text in a non-shitty font that has been proofread.
