In the flashback, it's shown that she started having sex with the grandpa while he was recovering from his injury. No matter how badass an MC is, he's not going to be tappin' dat ass after getting hit by a car, and by the time he was better, she was already ruined. At least now he will know better than to waste time on the little slut. Good art. Good story.
