H-scenes are good, but the story is god awful and incredibly unsatisfying. Protag is effectively taking advantage of someone mentally unwell. He "loves" her, but the only things about her he's shown to know or like about her is her serving him, as she was groomed to do. That in and of itself is merely unwholesome, but the real problem with the story is that there's no development for her or their relationship - it ends with her still being amnesiac, obsessed with being a maid, not understanding love, and sexually servicing him out of some perverse obligation. The inclusion of the friend who becomes the second maid is very confused and under-explored - her scene with her love interest is the best part of the whole thing and then it seems immediately forgotten. If all you're looking for is porn, you'll likely be pleased, but if you care about plot at all, best to skip this one.
