Yeah this is a weird one basically the author used the same pair with three different settings. In all of them the girl and the boy loves each other, but in this one never explained why the girl has started fucking the teacher and while she loves the guy she can't be with him because of it but decides to show it to him which breaks his heart. I think it's kinda implied she's been blackmailed into it and wants the guy to help her but he just watches and eventually she just gives in. The second part /205841/ seems to be that the dude and the girl are into NTR and the teach is fucking and impregnating her during a call with the guy listening in and gettin videos of it happening. The third part /228145/ has the guy confess and then they have sex and seemingly starts a loving relationship together. So my understanding is that same pair just one is normal, one is this one where I at least think she wants him to help her but he does nothing and she get's NTR'd and one in where he is into NTR.
