The *bad* witch's mother was exiled from the prisoner witch's country for researching body modification spells. The country she fled to happened to start doing witch hunts, so the bad witch's mother has a bad time and gives birth to the bad witch (who also has a bad time). Bad witch secured a position in the country in exchange for providing knowledge of magic and her mother's research. Bad witch has a vendetta against the witch country because they supposedly knew how the bad witch's mother was being treated but did not intervene.

Had to go find translations in a language I could understand because this was fucking with me too much; it's somewhat less horrifying with the context. The parasite conveniently makes the prisoner witch cum with any stimuli, and she's been cumming the whole time while getting the guro treatment. The prisoner witch also won't be left pierced/burning forever; the *bad* witch says she will be moved to the hole/dungeon shown on the fourth from the last page because they can't be bothered to keep tending to her. I'd reckon that's where the sequel will take place if we get one.
