@imotapervert don't really know why, but this is a Kamen Rider Ichigo's parody, and if you watch those showa show, the main protagonist have to fight against alot of cyborg(he himself is a cyborg too, the main evil association modified him to be a weapon for them), so I'm guessing this is a kind of bio weapon that dissolve when they died to keep Shocker's secret from leaking.
