Genjitsushugisha no Oukokukaizouki (A Realist's Kingdom Reform Chronicles) is a very enjoying read, as it's mc becomes the king of the country and reforms the world not by fighting, but by politics. Despite it's seemingly boring premise, it's really good, and it's nice to see something a bit different than the average isekai nowadays.

@hab Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari aka Tenchi Muyo War on Geminar is a good one if you like with mechas that is and its a pretty long OVA anime about an hour per episode and has 12 episode if i remember their are alot of thing i could suggest but if you just want something to watch just to stop fapping to loli's i highly recommend it.
