well, for a "happy ending" the guy treated her like a toy, making he bleed by taking her first time ok, making her bleed y introducing various toy in her pussy..... not so sure about that.

So the backstory is that Akihiro's sister is in love with his buddy Taka, the MC, and this being a Mayo hentai her brother pimps her out to his friend to sooth his broken heart in a convoluted scheme to hook them up. After the one week rental, he then tells Taka off-panel and has him agree to be a "rental boy" for her. Thus beginning a cycle of rentals or an actual relationship. I think this might be the kindest to his girl character Mayo's been ever.

Well that was a confusing read. I don't know if I'm right but here goes. There are 3 characters. Taka=mc. Akihiro=friend and Nanaka= friend's sister. Scenario 1. Akihiro gave his friend and sister each a rental card and set up those 2. But then the last bit wouldn't make sense as she clearly introduced herself as a rental girl. Scenario 2. In the last page, the Taka she is speaking to is a completely different person than the one we know and she is using him as a replacement. Scenario 3. Page 15, she killed him. Scenario 4. Nanaka and Nana are actually different people and somehow Akihiro recruited Taka into the rental business.
