At least the reason for the Blackmail wasn't fake. Usually the reason of Blamckmail us so stupid or unbelievable that its frustrating when the gf/wife accepts the terms no matter what, not even bothering to check-in with their bf/husband to make sure that what the other person is saying true or not. Also, I'd the girl here of this story hated this from the very beginning, then why didn't she talk with her bf to clarify the situation and talk to him about what could be done to salvage or restore his father's company. She could have also talked it out with her parents to see if there was anything they could've done, without too much intervention. Instead, what she decides to do is go along with everything the Headmaster wanted and allow him to have his way with her in every way until she was broken and unable to return to the guy she actually loved. Sucks for the ex-bf but, he should have been much more aware of the situation since there were subtle hints that he should've noticed.
