This is a plausible scenario if Ainz got his fleshy form. In the LN, he did say in his thought, that if he were ain't not a skeleton but an actual flesh and blood, he wouldn't mind bedding Albedo instantly seeing her godly beautiful self and aromatic sweet scent. As for this hentai, I can't guarantee if he retain his real former flesh and blood self since in the manga & anime depict his original human form completely off to his Overlord stature.
