Synopsis because I'm too lazy to translate: Guy wishes at a shrine for his sister to be attractive and perverted. A bunch of shenanigans happen, revealing that his sister at around that time decided to kill herself and wished for the protag to get what he wants. The result is the parallel world version of his sister, who convinces her friends to have sex with the protag in hopes that he gets attracted to one of them. Add to this that the reason his sister looks like she does at the beginning is because she knew he was in love with her and wanted to distance herself from him so that he would move on. Bunch of stuff happens (including a side plot with his friend's older sister trying to hook up said friend with the prettiest girl in their class), concluding in protag being sent back in time to the exact moment when he made the wish, then stopping his sister from killing herself.
