Ingredients:~1 cup Rice, Carrots, Peas, Scallion(1-2), EGGS, Vegetable Oil, and Salt+pepper Step 1: Cook 1 Cup of rice. It's easier to cook and it complements seasonings better if it's dryer, so you can cook it a few hours in advance if you'd like. Step 2: Prepare vegetables. Mince the veggies or cut them into sizable pieces. Season them(salt) if you want. Step 3: Prepare eggs(1-2). Crack the eggs into the bowl and stir the yolk with the Egg white. Heat up a small pan and keep it on low-medium (90F or 33C). Pour Vegetable oil on pan. After the pan gets warm, pour the eggs into the pan and scramble them as they cook. Set them aside, but don't let them fully cook, keep them Creamy Step 4: Prepare a new pan. Heat it up to about 120F/40C and pour vegetable oil in. After them put the vegetables in so that they flavor the oil. After awhile put the rice in and season. Mix it until there's a nice consistency throughout the fried rice. Put the eggs in and stir for another minute or two. Serve.
