So at the end when he said 'Mom' ended the relationship, it's because the aunt moved away to be with the contract husband. Also, note that in the final conversation between the mother and aunt, the mother stated her relationship with the son has only just started, basically confirming that the son hooked up with his real mother.

In order to prevent a scandal from people mistaking her from going out with a stranger, the husband divorced the aunt and married Kyouko. The scandal was not because she got pregnant and needed a cover story. It was also good since they both loved each other. There was no fake marriage. The aunt basically agreed to do so in exchange for her lavish lifestyle. Kyouko only after marrying with the husband in the short period of 5 years got pregnant with a child. The child grows up to be yuusei. As for the craving part, we didn't really know about it since the start of the series already showed him lusting for his aunt dressed as his mother looks having sex with him. She did implied that she raised yuusei as her own and used him to take revenge. She may have influenced him in some way to like his real mother deeply.

So I think i understood it: the Aunt is "mom" and His real mother is "mother". His Aunt explains their story in the car to the stranger. The end was trash, just admit it. The aunt was talking about destroying the family, then out of nowhere she decides to leave and let then be a happy family? It doesn't make any sense at all. Who was that guy that the aunt told the whole story? I think the author thought he would be able to write a 3rd volume for this , but then he was asked to finish everything with just 2 volumes (quite an easy thing to happen) so with no other choice he used 5 minutes to think about and ending then wrote everything. I can't think of any other reason for such terrible end. It was just bad then it would have been fine, but the end doesn't make any sense at all.
