Along the series, Izana is identified as both: As a female & a male. However, finally Izana determined to become a full pledge woman to become Nagate's lover. & this doujinshi is a "What If"story, when Izana decides to become a man & Nagate, as Izana's love interest, don't mind about it.

I wasn't supposed to read this, cuz it's Sidonia No Kishi and that manga/anime is by the author who did BLAME! (which is my favorite manga of all time), the reason is simple, I don't want to think about lewd things when I read Nihei's works and this doujin might change that, but eh I'll just read it anyways since its in color plus I can just ignore the characters' names.
