Sum up: Oorai's First Championship Finale: Erika lost, and is bitter about it, while her captain's got her sweet family reunion -> go off to cry alone behind her tank. Meets tank mechanic guy/Boys und Flugzeugge/implied to be Maho's childhood sweetheart, who comforted Erika, falls in love, is pregnant (Volume 1) Erika doesn't deal with pregnancy moodswing well + him being an idiot young dad + culture clash between her Germanic hyper-industriousness and his easygoing, so she picks up her child and left for a while. Maho meanwhiles is being forced by her mother to have an arranged marriage, so she left home -> reunion with the guy -> desire to not be forced into arrange marriage + messed up upbringing makes her wants to be loved -> affair. Erika returns, learn that Maho ran away, find them -> Erika and guy gets scolded by Maho's mom over 'proper family tradition' (effing *lol*) -> left Erika's child with Miho and the mom who turns out to not be a complete ****head -> (tbc)
