SPOILERS. @verybigmelon No. El doesn't have sex in the game, and I don't recall Rance ever losing his lust for women. He constantly appears out of nowhere to do Shizuka and Nagi because they're the only ones that can quell the urging of the demon king blood. And even when he's in DK mode, he still rapes, just more brutal as in he doesn't stop and doesn't give a damn what his patrner says, which is nothing new for him anyway. And the worst he ever does with Shizuka is anal, and even then he doesn't kill her, so... a rather vanilla demon king. The snake woman boss is waaaaay worse than him.
