The kid immediately recognised that Jotaro was the person he was always looking for, until Jotaro started calling out Kakyoin's name and the kid realised that Jotaro is only fking him cause he saw "Kakyoin" through him. Jotaro who believed that the kid is Kakyoin's reincarnation gave him the cherry earring and disappeared. 6 years later the kid finally found Jotaro and said to him "thank you for returning my earring" implying that his memories of past life has returned, and stripped naked in the middle of the cemetry asking Jotaro to fk him again. But then in the last page the kid's monologue said he actually doesn't know who Kakyoin is, meaning he only pretended so he can hunt Jotaro like the Dilf hunter he is.
