@sambucety It starts as one of those "demon king turns hero into a woman and has his way with her" story, but it develops from there (the whole "hero falls in love with the demon king"). The demon king is near death but the hero was given a pair of rings that would sort of make their wearers immortal (which is why they're still alive in modern times). The third guy is a servant of the demon king that was against the gender-bent hero and the demon king getting together. The demon king also turned himself into a woman because the hero didn't want to marry a man. That's a rough synopsis of the story, though I'll have to double check it when i get a chance.
