Ok for those of you that are confused generally "TS Syndrome or Transformation Syndrome" in anime/hentai is generally defined as a occurrence where spontaneously the afflicted will biologically change to the opposite sex while still retaining all memories. The TS label isn't usually used for transexual/transgender but instead you see it on stories where the MC transforms into the other sex. It's why she still uses male pronouns. because she was just a boy who transformed to a girl and is used to using male word and doesn't want to put the effort to switch. Also to the guy who comments it's race swap on page 7 you get a rear view of the girl as a boy and you can see she was blonde before the transformation.
