@Subordinate1 Naruto and sasuke would still raid their village anyways for what they did. They would burn the village to ash if they wanted to. But they wouldn’t have to go that far. Just get the Raikage (which is certainly easy) and torture and kill him. Which it’s not like anyone can stop them since no one can even pose a threat to the both of them.
