im also here hoping different ending for yobeba, i was hoping the ending would be like "Nuki Koki" by [aruto naruto]. The FC got away and the MC found her while he was on working.

Now that I think about it, it wouldve made sense for her to escape without telling the guy. Cuz she knows he would come with her and that would affect his family (I dk if she got attachment to her family still, didnt pay attention on that part; but I dont think it would matter cuz considering her debt, if there was someone to replace or work alongside her in the first place, they wouldve done so) . So yeah it is possible she had escaped, but like I said there is no way to prove or disapprove this unless you go ask the author.

Yeah I came for the same reason. Sadly the setting is already dystopian so any form of a decent end is good enough for me. It's still pretty open ended with the school saying she got transferred, but it was never shown to be a fact. So she couldve escaped but wouldnt have made sense character wise. In the end it's impossible to prove whether she got a happy end nor a bad end. We can only hope ...

I was expecting a different end from the anime adaptation of Kimi no Na wo Yobeba... but nope, it's the same.
