The mean girl character is pretty much overdone, but the real problem with Asanagi's work really is the general lack of tension. It's anti-climactic because the girls put up very little against their nature and opponent. This is not only a downside of pro-misogynist writing, but a pretty easy hill to fall down when doing degradation plots in general. He's not lazy. he just prefers it that way. There are probably better ways to vary the plots while still exploring the same premise of girls being objects. You can see his occasional sparks like in the last page, or whenever the girls get sort of competitive.

I'm not even against Dom Kink Doujinshi, but the author is so lazy it's hilarious. There are a lot of these “nice guys” who think that by being nice and doing everything a girl says she wants that they will get the girl. However this type of situation almost always ends in them being friendzoned and going out with a toxic ass guy who only treats her badly.
