His 4th and last group of published theories was the one where he submitted the Oedipal Syndrome (not complex). It had one case study subject, himself. Decide for yourself if he spent his life trying to show the world that everyone possesses some unusual psycho sexual tendency/lies or if he wanted to get the world to think that we all possess some unusual motivation before he admitted that he too had one, that he wanted to fuck his mom, and would be labeled a fucking deviant for it.
