I think that Alice's would eventually be either regulated or mass executed and any obese person would be put on a watch list. Of course the obesity supplements would be only allowed as a medical treatment to save normally fatal conditions like cancer.

If you think about it, this would be a problem in our already overpopulated world. Sure the Alices could do a lot of good, for example get all of the trash out of the sea, research ways to get plastic entirely out of the consumers usage and drastically speed up research that could lead to cure for cancer, the common cold and much more. But they could also do a lot of bad, things like doubling the homelessness problem, take away the jobs we have so half of the people are unemployed because bosses are either just using their own Alices as employees or hiring stray Alices instead to save on costs since Alices don’t require money but can be paid in affection instead, if you look at all the angles this would be both a blessing and a curse. Because that’s life, there’s an up to every down, there’s a good to every bad, and there’s a yin to every yang.
