Is there a good H-doujin about dealing with gender dysphoria that's not just a one-off?

- Just come from reading the translation on other site - I'm not sure she's dealing with gender dysphoria, because she clearly enjoys having sex with a man. All of the cases of gender-dysphoric natal females I've heard about were also lesbians. And before y'all say that gender doesn't equal sexual orientation, I'm aware of that. For example, men who have gender dysphoria are often "straight", i.e., they want to be lesbians. Add to that the fact that Japan doesn't subscribe to all of the cultural trends in the US (of which gender ideology is one), and it just gets all the more dubious. No matter all that though, for sure it is one helluva sad story.
