Oh wow... the feels T.T I'll try to sum it up best I can for those who can't read Chinese: This seems to take place during the Babylonia Arc. Gudao comes back from a week long mission to Ereshkigal, who has been praying for his safe return. The two hug and make out and this get more and more heated. Somewhere down the line instincts start taking over Gudao, and he gets rougher and ends up coming inside Ereshkigal. He feels guilty that he wasn't able to keep his urges in check and may have hurt Ereshkigal, but she assures him she enjoyed it. The two bask in the afterglow and Gudao wishes he spend all eternity with her(he has to leave after the singularity is restored to normal I assume). And she answers: "I want you to live a long, healthy and fullfilling life. And then, when you're old and wrinkly, one day, you will finally return and be mine forever."

No matter how purely vanilla this doujin is, knowing what awaits Fujimaru on his journey beyond the Cosmos in the Lostbelt I can't help but see it is a tragedy.
