Let me explain some things. Basically, this series of executions was an inspiration from a novel called 花将军 by 石砚. The story was about anti-Qing dynasty girls causing trouble and ended up executed. What's special is that there exists a policy at where this all happened, which is for female prisoners with a death sentence, they shall be stripped to fully naked, put on a march tied up on a wooden donkey (a wooden horse-shaped mechanism that tortures both the vagina and anus as it moves forward.) They are then executed publicly with no clothes on. This policy was initially made to stall the execution process in case of any last-minute changes to the charge but eventually evolved and adapted to a tradition. In this book, the girl's name is He Sanchun, who is a pro-Ming dynasty girl that gave the Qing government a load of trouble. She gave herself up to the troops and was sentenced to death, by piercing all the way through. Due to her renowned reputation, the execution was done with respect

There are 10 stories in this series. The story is taking about 7 girls die in different ways. Also,before they dead they have to do sex with the one will kill them. It's the tradition. And if they they did not follow,they will go to hell. But these still can't help me to figure out why some of them will have response after they died.🤷

No she definitely died. This is about to sound incredibly corny but here goes. I think that's the afterlife and her dead boyfriend comes to claim her soul or something. Very common plot in Chinese drama/ folklore so I wouldn't be surprised if it applies here as well.
