B. {Cup Size} As we can see here in this doujin, the Cheatingwife seems to have a cup size of C or B while Akane has bigger breasts seemingly E or F size (See Ch.1 p.13,p.15. Ch.2 p.20 p.22 p.24) C. {Chin} Cuckedhusband seems to have a more circular chin than Icchan in the picture, although Cheatingwife here has a V shaped chin like Akane, so unless Akane divorced Icchan and married a guy with a more round chin we can rule out that the Cuckedhusband is not Icchan.
