There is a novel for this and the story is fucked. The novel basically is a little different. The MC has no girlfriend in it. What happens in the novel is that the sister gets fucked by the douche, drugged, and she falls in love with him. She becomes his cumdumpster. If this manhwa goes the same route, there is a chance the girlfriend will also get NTR'd and the MC loses both of them. This manhwa will prob take till chapter 40 for something with the sister and douche. There are currently 26 chapters for this manhwa but nothing really happened besides the MC fucking the gf.
