Well while I might be wrong on this my guess is the woman is somewhere around 25-30 but most likely around 25ish, since in Japan in a lot of cases women are expected to be engaged/married around 20-25 and if they around 27-28+ it's almost seen as if no one wants them if not. The guy on the other hand seems in my eyes to be around 40-50ish but he could be younger, but looking at his face and receding hairline (which is normally used/seen on characters who are close to 50 or older) I am pretty sure he's 40-50+. With her also saying he's more close to a dad the age gap should be signifigant at least 10 years but probably 20+. So that he would expect her to marry him just cause they work together out of the blue is quite narcissistic (which I think the author is trying to showcase here). But yeah with the ending he should go to jail 100%.

The fact that people like an ending where the rapist got to "disgrace" (why is disgraceful for the woman to be raped i will never understand) the woman in her wedding just because she rejected him, is very fucking worrisome.
