So the body gets returned to the original owner and then he becomes couple again with real Ayumi. So MC ends up inside Ayumi's CLONE body and married with Sayo inside the boy's CLONE body. So I guess we can say it's A HAPPY GOOD ENDING... a little bit forced but still better/happier ending than most possession/body steal stories.
