I'll try to explain what's going on for anyone not familiar with the Touhou series. The girl in this doujin is a very mischievous youkai with the power to make objects appear to be different things to different people, and she uses it to play some pretty malicious pranks. For most of the story when they were naked in public together she was using her power to hide the two of them, but the last time she used her power to make herself look like a dog to everyone but the guy she was with and she didn't hide him at all. At the end he realized everyone thought he was fucking a dog in the street.

Pacing is awful

From what I understand the boy met girl, boy get jerked off in alley and almost get caught, both walk nude at night and almost get caught, boy lies and brings them to busy street that same night, boy takes girl for walk who makes herself look like a dog in public who then fucks her because he horny, making it look like he fucking a dog in public. Its shown that well though.

That ending made no sense....
